This is a decent home gym. It offers 240lbs of resistance with bars across the back. The seat slides back and forth so you can position it at different spots to maximize intensity in different muscle groups. This also allows it to be used as a home rowing machine for an excellent cardio workout. Folds up to diminish its size for storage and transport. I used this piece of equipment for quite awhile and loved it, but now I belong to the y so I don't use it anymore. Price is negotiable, $150 obo.
