As of 3-23-2009 we had an inventory value of $55,981.98 in the store. This total does not include the cost of any store use items like cages, tanks, cash register, shelves , the furnace AC that I now own that will come with the sell of the store at no cost.
From `04-`05 We saw over 24% increase in gross sales.
From `05-`06 We saw over 20% increase in gross sales.
From `06-`07 We saw over 21% increase in gross sales.
From `07-`08 We saw over 24% increase in gross sales.
The store use items total well over $15,000.00 that will come with the store at no charge. You will also get the hook up on all the best deals and what is the best sellers in this store. I will make new signs if you were to want to change the name or hours of the store. You will get a web site that is not done yet, as well as the store hotmail account. I will stay on for awhile to see that you will get off to a great start with your new business.
The reason that I’m selling this is most of all it is going too smooth and I miss the challenge of not knowing if it will make it or if there will be enough money to cover the bills.Im looking for another failing business to buy and turn around. I miss the challenge of turning this store around and would like to start over with a new challenge of a failing business.
