This unit is clean and ready to go. No leaks, solid roof and floor. Has stove, icebox, sink, and a window A/C unit that can be installed. No rips or tears in the screen. Sleeps up to six people. It is 1985, but has been re-upholstered, because I am not fond of 80's colors! It is very light, easy to pull, everything works, including running lights.
